By using PortraitPace, you agree to use its calculators and guides as general planning aids. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Planning tools, not professional advice

PortraitPace does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice. Results depend on the values you enter and may be incomplete for your business, location, contracts, or obligations.

Your inputs and decisions

You are responsible for checking inputs, formulas, costs, taxes, capacity, contracts, and final business decisions. Optional zero-cost inputs are allowed but may trigger a warning because costs can be omitted accidentally.

Synthetic scenarios

Loaded examples use invented values for product demonstration and quality assurance. They are not customer accounts, research interviews, reviewer experiences, or evidence about prices in the United States or Canada.

Availability and changes

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, formulas, and content may change when errors are corrected or methods are clarified. Keep your own records of decisions that matter to your studio.

Digital products and checkout

The Photography Profit & Client Workflow Kit is sold as a one-time digital download. Stripe processes the payment, and PortraitPace delivers the private download link to the email address supplied at checkout.

The private link expires 72 hours after issue and allows three successful downloads. Because this is digital content, delivery may begin immediately after Stripe confirms payment; no physical product is shipped.

PortraitPace considers good-faith refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law. Contact the address below with the checkout email and enough information to identify the order, but do not send card details.

Purchase grants one buyer a personal, non-transferable, non-resale license to use the files for that buyer’s own studio operations. The files may not be shared, sublicensed, republished, or resold.

Intellectual property

You may use calculator outputs for your own studio planning. Site code, editorial content, visual design, and downloadable products may not be republished, resold, or presented as your own except where a product license expressly allows it.
