This notice explains the data handling designed for PortraitPace. Features that are not yet enabled do not collect data merely because they are described here.

Calculator inputs

Calculator math runs in your browser. Working state is stored in sessionStorage for the current tab so you can move through a calculator without losing progress. PortraitPace does not put financial inputs, names, or free text into share URLs or analytics events.

Technical request data

Hosting and security providers may process routine request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

Analytics choices

Advertising storage remains disabled. Analytics storage is not enabled until a visitor makes a choice through privacy settings. Analytics events are designed to exclude email addresses, names, calculator inputs and results, Stripe session identifiers, and download tokens.

Email and the free checklist

When you request the checklist, the email address you submit is used to deliver that file. Marketing consent is a separate unchecked choice and requires confirmation. Requesting a file or making a purchase does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

Orders

Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms. PortraitPace stores the order and fulfillment data needed to verify payment, deliver the private download to the checkout email, prevent abuse, handle refunds and support, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. PortraitPace does not receive or store full card details.

Retention and your choices

You can close the tab to clear calculator session state, change analytics choices at any time through Privacy settings in the footer, and use an unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Server, consent, and order records will be retained only as needed for their stated purpose, security, legal duties, and dispute handling.
